Ringify provides AI-powered receptionist and call-handling solutions (the “Services”). We may update, improve, or change the Services at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide.

• You must not use the Services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Data & Privacy

• We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• By using the Services, you consent to our processing of call data, recordings, and other business information as necessary to operate the platform.

5. Fees & Payment

• All fees are outlined in your service agreement or pricing plan.

• Payments are due as agreed. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of Services.

• Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

• All Ringify software, content, and branding remain the property of Ringify.

• You retain ownership of your customer data but grant us a license to process it for the purpose of providing the Services.

7. Service Limitations

• Ringify provides Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ringify disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time by providing notice in accordance with your plan.

• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or misuse the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance.
